That video usage in all school districts abide by the Canadian Law specifically C-42 Copyright Act, i.e. to legally show a video to any group at school, or on school functions, schools must first obtain a site license for Public Performance Rights. This resolution is a directive to Ministry of Education, British Columbia Teachers’ Federation and British Columbia School Trustees’ Association.
