Educational Award Application


2022 Award Application Checklist

1. Confirm that your school's PAC is an active member.

2. If the PAC is not an active member, encourage them to submit their membership form and payment before the award application deadline to ensure your application is eligible for consideration.

3. Complete the form below and attach the following items as a single PDF file (maximum file size 5MB):

  • A cover letter outlining good citizenship, leadership, sportsmanship and community service interests.
  • Two letters of reference; one from an educator and one from a community member (not a relative).
  • Copies of Grade 11 and Grade 12 transcripts to date.
  • An essay (300-500 words) on the value of parent involvement in education (with reference to the role of PACs, DPACs and/or BCCPAC.)

Application must be submitted online by February 28, 2022.
