We invite you to join us for our hybrid Parent Leadership Conference & AGM, taking place May 23-25, 2025, at the University of Northern British Columbia in Prince George and online.
Theme: Connecting You with What Matters
This year’s theme reflects our commitment to ensuring parents and caregivers have access to the knowledge, resources, and networks that matter most in public education. Whether you're advocating for your child, supporting your PAC or DPAC, or working to improve the school system for all students, this event is designed to connect you with experts, decision-makers, and fellow parent and caregivers who are leaders province-wide in education.
In-Person Registration includes:
- Access to all in-person sessions and networking opportunities
- Breakfast, lunch, and breaks (noted on the Conference Schedule and AGM Agenda)
- Promotional materials from exhibitors and vendors
- All items listed below for Virtual Registration
Virtual Registration includes:
- Live access to all conference sessions via Whova event platform
- Online participation in Q&As, discussions, and networking with other attendees, speakers, and exhibitors
- Access to session recordings (for a limited time)
- Access to Lumi for voting and speaking
Eligible Use of Gaming Grants:
PACs and DPACs can use Gaming Grant funds (up to the prescribed limits) as noted in the Community Gaming Grants: 2025 PAC & DPAC Guidelines & Conditions (PACs: page 10, DPACs: page 12).
Travel & Accommodation:
Attendees are responsible for securing and paying for their own travel and accommodation. Full details can be found on the Travel & Accommodation page including discounted accommodations at UNBC pod-style rooms, travel subsidies and Tourism Prince George information.

Cancellation Policies
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@bccpac.bc.ca:
- Cancellations received by April 22, 2025 (Early Bird Deadline): Full refund.
- Cancellations received April 23 – May 8, 2025: 50% refund or can transfer registration to another attendee by May 8th.
- Cancellations received after May 8, 2025: No refund.
