Including Impartial Community Members on School Board Appeals Committees

That BCCPAC urge the Ministry of Education to amend the School Act, Appeals, sub-section 11(5): A Board may establish one or more committees for the purpose of investigating appeals under this section to A board must establish one or more committees for the purpose of investigating appeals under this section and must appoint two or more impartial community members to each committee.
