DPAC Financial Support for Director's Insurance

Be it resolved that BCCPAC seek expert legal advice to determine the most effective and accessible path to obtain Directors and Officers (D&O) Liability Insurance coverage for PACs and DPACs in BC that are not registered under the Societies Act; and that BCCPAC advocate to the Ministry of Education and Child Care to provide funding for a provincially administered group D&O insurance policy for PACs and DPACs.
