Archiving Resolutions – Notification to Original Proposer

Be it resolved that the Resolutions Committee through the annual process of determining active resolutions under consideration for archival, make every reasonable effort to confirm with the original motioning PAC(s) and/or DPAC(s) that they are in agreement with moving the resolution from active to archived status. In the event the original motioning PAC(s) and/or DPAC(s) is noted in the AGM package.
