Conference & AGM Registration

We invite you to join us for our annual Parent Education Conference & AGM, taking place May 5-7, 2023 at the Westin Wall Centre, Vancouver Airport in Richmond, BC. Our theme, and content focus, for the Conference is "Building Educational Partnerships".

Conference and/or AGM registration includes breakfast, lunch and breaks (as noted on the Conference Schedule), parking at the hotel and promotional materials supplied by exhibitors and other vendors. Discounts are available to those who register by April 13th.

Newbies (First-time Attendees):

A discounted registration fee is available to first-time delegates attending both the Conference and AGM with another member who is paying the full registration fee. Each member may sponsor only one newbie.

Eligible Use of Gaming Grants:
PACs and DPACs are encouraged to review the Community Gaming Grants: 2023 PAC & DPAC Guidelines & Conditions for information and limits related to using their Gaming Grant funds to send representatives to the Conference.

Attendees are responsible for reserving and paying for their own guestrooms. Full details can be found on the Travel & Accommodation page.

Registration Deadline: Friday, April 28
Registrations and proxies received after April 28th may not be processed in time for the event.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Cancellations received by April 21, 2023 will be issued a full refund. Cancellations received after April 21, 2023 will be issued a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee.
