Members are invited to join us for the virtual EGM, taking place August 23-24, 2025. We encourage all member PACs to exercise their own voting and speaking rights by sending a delegate to attend the EGM. If that will not be possible, authorize another individual (from your DPAC or another Member PAC) to carry your PAC's proxy to ensure your PAC's voice is heard.
Registration Fee: $75 per delegate
Members may register multiple delegates to attend the EGM, but registrations cannot be shared among multiple individuals.
Registration Deadline: Thursday, July 31
Registrations and proxies received after July 31 may not be processed in time for the event.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@bccpac.bc.ca:
- Cancellations received by July 23, 2025: Full refund.
- Cancellations received July 24 – August 9, 2025: 50% refund or transfer registration to another delegate.
- Cancellations received after August 9, 2025: No refund.
