Consolidated 5 - Year Capital Plans List, Criteria for Project Approval and Prioritization

Be it resolved that BCCPAC urge the Ministry of Education to make public the Ministry’s five-year consolidated capital list on the Ministry website of all prioritized capital plans submitted by all school districts to ensure the process is fair, transparent, and based on need to school boards and the public.

Be it further resolved that BCCPAC advocate for the public release of the criteria for Ministry project approval and prioritization on the decision-making (business-case approval process) of capital plans.
