Notice is hereby given that the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of The BC Confederation of Parent Advisory Councils (BCCPAC) will be held on Saturday August 23rd at 9:00am and ending Sunday, August 24th at 12:00pm.

All BCCPAC member PACs and DPACs, voting and non-voting, are encouraged to have a delegate attend to participate in the business of the EGM:

• Debate and vote on special and ordinary resolutions
• Review 2024 Financial Statements
• Adopt a budget for the coming year
• Appointment of Accountant
• Archival of Resolutions

Registration for the EGM will open on July 9.
