The 2019 Annual General Meeting will be held on May 4-5 at the Pacific Gateway Hotel in Richmond, BC following our annual conference.

Members can review AGM Booklet with vetted Resolutions and Candidate details received up to and including April 25.

Members can submit proposed Special or Ordinary Resolutions for discussion at the AGM.

Ordinary Resolutions must be received prior to March 15, 2019 to be considered for inclusion in the pre-circulated 2019 AGM Booklet. Ordinary Resolutions submitted after this date, and accepted by the Resolutions Committee prior to the AGM, will be added to the Resolutions booklet distributed to members prior to and onsite at the AGM. Ordinary Resolutions may also be proposed from the floor of the AGM and will be added to the agenda in the order received.

Proxy Vote Form

All Regular Members in good standing who paid their membership dues by December 31, 2018 are entitled to vote at the AGM. All Proxy Vote Forms must be completed and signed by two members of that member’s PAC/DPAC executive in order for an official delegate to exercise Regular Member voting rights during the AGM. To expedite registration and operations, members are encouraged to scan and email completed Proxy Vote forms to the office in advance of the AGM. Proxy Vote forms received by April 26, 2019 at 4:00pm will be verified and registered in advance of the AGM.

Further details and instructions are on the Proxy Vote Form.

Proxy Speaking Form

All Regular Members in good standing who paid their membership fees after December 31, 2018 are entitled to attend and speak, but not vote, at the 2019 AGM. All Non-Voting Regular Members who wish to speak during the AGM must designate an official delegate(s) to speak on their behalf. Each Non-Voting Regular Member must complete their own authorized Proxy Speaking Form with the appropriate council executive signatures.
