FINDINGS OF GOVERNANCE AUDIT:
In 2007 the Board of Directors began a governance audit. A complete review of the constitution and bylaws was one of the many successfully completed tasks.
Four member resolutions were filed some years ago as special resolutions. They relate to public education policy in BC, and are legally binding on BCCPAC, to the extent that their impact can be determined. In the interests of thoroughness, they are attached as Appendix 1, although they do not amend the bylaws.
