Vocational/Technical Education for Youth


To urge the Council of Ministers of Education Canada to recommend that provinces give the same accreditation to secondary school leavers whether they have chosen an academic or a vocational pathway;

And to urge the Council of Ministers of Education Canada to make vocational or technical education programs available to all secondary students provided that these programs include acquisition of quality literacy and numeracy skills.
