That BCCPAC urge the Minister of Education and the Minister of Finance to direct the Schools Protection Program (SPP) to clearly state in writing that on-site childcare for pre-school age and school age children of parents attending Parent Advisory Council (PAC), District Parent Advisory Council (DPAC), and School Planning Council (SPC) meetings is included in the SPP’s general liability coverage, and that this written directive be in place no later than September 1, 2003.
