Formal Roles of Parents

That BCCPAC advise the Minister of Education to amend the BC School Act and/or direct by Ministerial Order that the duly constituted PACs and DPACs are independent and autonomous bodies and that the provincial government, school districts and schools cannot make policies to limit this independence and autonomy.
