That Bylaw 2.03(d), Life Member, be repealed and replaced by:
May 2005, Bylaw 2.03(d) Life Member—This category of membership is restricted to parents who have been actively involved in BCCPAC and have made an outstanding contribution to the advancement of the purposes of BCCPAC. The service to the Society by this individual would be considered innovative and of significant lasting importance to furthering the inclusion and support of parents in the BC public education system and the improvement of education for children in BC. It is intended to reflect honour upon BCCPAC as well as upon the individual. This person would be recommended for life membership by at least five member PACs or DPACs in good standing, whose life membership is then approved by the Board based on criteria stated in the Regulations.
